PDTA has further fine-tuned the sign-up process to facilitate a stress-free day.
If you arrive before 8:30 am and train in a ring, ring rental fees apply.
8:30 Sign-up boards will be placed outside each ring. Sign-up your own dogs only. Do not sign-up any other handlers/dogs including your own students. Boards will no longer be left outside the rings prior to sign-up.
Place your entry fee ($8 for every dog, every run) into the jar (located on each ring table). PDTA payments rely on the honor system so please show your honor by placing your payment in the jar, for every single dog.
Every participant also must sign a waiver form, located on the sign-up tables.
These new rules are being enforced.
Workers will run their dogs at various times, sometimes without prior warning to keep the flow moving forward. Want to earn a free run? Volunteer for 2 hours. See/Call Jill Whirl for information and to sign-up early, 717-881-9080. Volunteers earn more than a free run; earn experience and ring procedure knowledge. Any level of experience is welcomed.
Every run is $8.

Update on Snow Removal and Open Ring Night
The snow was removed today however the pavement is still wet. Because of the threat of refreezing tonight, open ring training is canceled.
The building and parking lot will be ready for the show on Friday.
PDTA – Weather Update
At this time, PDTA is closed because the facility has not been plowed yet. Please DO NOT attempt to drive onto the property at this time.
This website and Papillonia’s Facebook page will be updated when the facility is open for ring rentals. Also, an update will be shared in regards to Wednesday night open ring event.

Every year at this time, Jeannine and Keith take time off to enjoy the holidays. Classes resume Monday, January 4th. The building is closed except for private rentals.

Congratulations Olivia and Cali – AKC Classic 2015
American Kennel Club Classic 2015Congratulations Olivia and Cali!Many Papillonia students met Olivia and Cali at the Small Dog and Judging Seminars. Olivia and Cali worked hard and were invited to the AKC Classic to participate in the Junior Competition. They did very well and sent Jeannine the following update and photo.

Cali and I did it! We got 2nd place in Novice!
I am so proud of Cali, she adapted to the environment extremely fast and was able to settle down and pay attention to me. Cali was very attentive to me in and out of the ring. We are both excited to do Rally tomorrow!
