Training Opportunity – Sunday, January 19, 2020.

Opportunity allows 15 minutes in an obedience ring. Utility ring will be the 2^nd/far ring and Open and Novice will be in the 1^st ring.

Sign-ups begin at 8:45 am for both rings. Each ring is $10 per 15 minutes. In order to give everyone a chance, no second runs in the same ring however you may utilize both rings at different times. Time will be strictly enforced.

There will be no “judge”  – if you want a traditional run-thru bring a friend to help you. You have 15 minutes to set-up and train in your ring. Traditional ring equipment supplied; jumps, ring gates, etc. Nothing else is supplied.

Prongs, e-collars, food, play and specialty training equipment allowed.

In the event of bad weather, the event will be canceled; check this site and Papillonia’s FB page.  

UPDATE: Trainers may have separate 15 mins sessions in the same ring WITH DIFFERENT DOGS.

The York County Dog Training Club (YCDTC) is hosting the annual January obedience and rally trials in the building on Friday, Jan 24 – Sun, Jan 26, 2020.

There will be no classes Thursday, Jan 23 – Monday, Jan 27. Classes will resume a normal schedule on Tuesday, Jan 28.

Reminder: Classes start back to a regular schedule this week on Thursday, January 2, 2020.

Hi PDTA Students,

It’s time to begin planning our holiday party scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2019 at approximately 11:15 am. All PDTA students are invited.

To better plan our food table, Sharon Lawrence offered to coordinate with students so we have a full table without too many repeats.

Please email Sharon at selawrence2@comcast.net with the name of your dish. To help Sharon, please email her sooner rather than later to make her task easier.

As a reminder, the holiday party is the last day of classes until after the New Year.

Thursday, November 14 – No class

Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving) – No Class

Thursday, December 5th – Last class of 2019 and Holiday Party

Thursday, January 2 – First classes of 2020

Come ready to celebrate on Thursday, Oct 31. Folks are encouraged to bring food, drinks and costumes.

The party is planned between the morning and afternoon classes, beginning around 11:30.

All classes are canceled Monday, Oct 7-Friday, Oct 11, 2019. Classes will resume on Monday, Oct 14.

This cancelation is for all classes taught by Jeannine and Keith.

Tomorrow’s classes are happening. Between classes, the confidence program will begin at NOON SHARP. Please no training during this time.
